Commercial interior design of restaurant and bar, Philip Nedwell worked closly with the very successful Pom (Pom Thai Taste), to bring her the 5* restaurant of her dreams. From fine dining area, separate bar to commercial kitchen design, Nedwell Builders delivered within budget and on time. Philip created a beautiful serene space for fine dining and a modern 'NYC' style bar area with LED lighting and custom built bar.

Mojo Health Bar contracted Nedwell Builders for a complete design and remodel of a run down space in South Portland. The challenge was to design a spa with a coffee shop, juice bar. The result was a combination of Health and Zen, with a tranquil patio area with a Japanese Maple Tree to unwind and relax. The rennovation consisted of installation of bathrooms, spa rooms, commercial kitchen, audio visual TV & Surround sound and bar design along with 1500 sq ft of porceline tile floor.

The perfect challenge for any builder.. The owners of Ebb & Flow text a photo to Philip Nedwell and stated 'this is what we want'.. Nedwell builders delivered with precision and care, the exact replica can be seen as the back bar at the beautiful horseshoe bar at Ebb & Flow. Italian tile can be found in the rennovated bathrooms, custom shelves for the 'crudo bar' and custom designed and built 'barn door' separating the bar to the main dining area.
